Get help with SchoolOps

Start with your school’s SchoolOps administrator. If they cannot help, email us.

Ask your school first

Your school’s SchoolOps administrator looks after accounts and settings. Ask them to:

  • give you an account, or send your invitation again,
  • reset your password, which also unlocks your account,
  • change your role, or what you can see,
  • sign you out everywhere if you lose your phone.

They can also answer questions about how your school uses SchoolOps, such as its relief rules and types of leave.

Email us

If your administrator cannot help, or you are your school’s administrator, email admin@mktr.sg.

So that we can help quickly, please tell us:

  • your school’s name and its SchoolOps address,
  • whether it happened on the website or in the phone app,
  • what you did, what you expected and what you saw.

Please do not send passwords or students’ personal details.

Phone and WhatsApp details for support are given to each school that uses SchoolOps.

Guides

The SchoolOps guides show each task step by step, with pictures of the real product: timetables, leave, relief and handovers, rooms, reports and accounts.

Using the phone app

The SchoolOps phone app is for school staff. Your account comes from your school, so you cannot sign up in the app.

  1. Open the app. At Server address, type your school’s SchoolOps address, then tap Connect. Your administrator can give you the address.
  2. Type your Sign-in address and Password for your school account, the same one you use on the SchoolOps website, then tap Sign in. If your school gave you a one-time password, the app asks you to choose your own.
  3. When the phone asks, allow notifications, so that you hear about relief duties, room changes and leave decisions.

If the app cannot connect, check the address with your administrator. If your password does not work, ask your administrator to reset it.

Getting started on the phone app shows each step with pictures.
